Misty Waddle

I began my career as a youth volunteer at the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans. My experiences there ignited my passion for zoos and aquariums and their incredible conservation work. I knew early on that I wanted my career to be involved in this work as well. I obtained a degree in Biology and Wildlife Management as well as a Professional Science Master's degree in Zoo, Aquarium, & Animal Shelter Management.

 

Over the years I've continued to work with a variety of zoological facilities and animal non-profits, where I've grown passionate about providing a positive guest experience that fosters a connection with nature and promotes environmental stewardship.
